With the rapid development of science and technology, the technical level of medical industries in our country has been greatly promoted in recent years. In order to keep pace with the times, pharmaceutical industries make higher and higher requirements on pharmaceutical machinery. To meet the requirements, our company organized the strongest science and technology power. Scientists and technicians have been diving into the projects for years, tackled key problems, and thus developed CDDA-series automatic air impact equipment, a type of advanced automatic rubber stopper or aluminum cap cleaners, having functions including cleaning, siliconizing, sterilizing, and drying, etc. The most characteristic principles of efficient hybrid cleaning are: vacuum defoaming; air column (formed by high-speed compressed airflow in water) directly impacting rubber stoppers or aluminum caps so as to clean them. The greatest advantages are: high cleaning efficiency, short cleaning time, and no mechanical damage to rubber stopper or aluminum cap surface.

       This equipment combines cleaning, sterilizing, and drying together. It loads and unloads automatically, and carries out completely automatic operation, from the loading of rubber stoppers or aluminum caps into cleaning vessel, to the unloading of them from sterile vessel. The operator presses the button, and the whole process will be implemented by computer according to the preseted program. What the operator needs to do is to observe the working state of the machine and to inspect and record necessary parameters and data. Operation is very simple.

       Loading and unloading of rubber stoppers or aluminum caps cleaned by this equipment are arranged separately in two areas: loading in cleaning vessel, and unloading in sterile vessel. Both safety door (plexiglass door) and unloading door (high-pressure door) at the unloading side are set with an interlock. The automatic unloading unit of the equipment prevents the cleaned and dried rubber stoppers or aluminum caps from touching someone’s hands when unloading from sterile vessel. Controlled by computer, an interlocking set for cleaning vessel and sterile vessel eradicates the chance of contamination, i.e., the unloading door cannot open (self-lock) before the completion of the whole cleaning process or the completion of sterilization; none of the processes can be carried out in cleaning vessel (self-lock) if the unloading door is open. This interlocking function ensures total separation of nonsterile area and sterile area, eliminates the way to secondary pollution, and completely meets GMP requirements issued by the National Ministry of Health. Besides interlocking function, the safety door can also avoid the probable contact between human body and high-temperature unloading door during steam sterilization which might cause scald. This system totally guarantees the safety of sterile vessel, of sterile rubber stoppers or aluminum caps, of human body, and of technology through absolutely eliminating factitious misoperation.

       This equipment possesses automatic alarm, interlock, and aggregate unit. Cleaning degree can be examined through taking water sample from sampling point. There is an automatic operating program and a programmable operation system. There is also a manual operation system which can switch the equipment to single-operation state. The automatic record system includes the display and record of F₀ index, operating process, operating time and date, temperature, and the situation of operator.
